Objective

Facilitate the Face to Face interview methodology for DigiWalks using video conferencing solutions like, Google Meet, Zoom etc., via which respondent or interviewer can share their screen over a secured connection to access the DigiWalks experience and ask certain questions based on the content that is shared on the screen.

How It Works
  • Respondent is recruited as per the criterion
  • Respondent is provided with a digital invite for a meeting along with video conferencing credentials on their email address
  • Respondent and Moderator login at a scheduled time
  • Either respondent or moderator (Depending upon who would like to navigate the DigiWalks Experience) would share their screens
  • Based on screen content moderator may ask for certain questions / feedback
Objective

In order to generate information on collective views, the meaning that lie behind those views we can leverage Focus Group Discussions for DigiWalks using Video Conferencing and Screen Sharing Technologies. Such technologies, in many case, allows video conferencing with up to 100 participants simultaneously. We can leverage such solutions to create a virtual meeting room in which everyone can see a common content shared by moderator and express their views on it.
