Worked with client and partner (a large global ITES company) to design the data collection scope and deliverable
Deployed field teams through network of regional partners across several countries with dedicated regional managers to collect data – currently generating over 1.5mn retail ‘listings’ every year
Deployed tablet-based data collection with automated data collection, geo-tagging, and improved quality control
Developed proprietary tool for optimising field force management – e.g. optimal routing, automated flags based on pre-defined criteria
Multi-level quality checks with third-party quality checking agency engaged
Data uploaded in customised template directly to client servers
