US headquartered, global data collection agency Azure Knowledge Corporation announced last week the opening of two new offices in Sao Paulo, Brazil and in Moscow, Russia. This latest investment made in both those countries is a new milestone in the dynamic development strategy led by Azure. The growth of its footprint in both those markets is central in Azure’s drive to continuously meet the demands of its existing and new clients executing projects in those regions of the world.
Azure is a ‘one-stop-shop’ for end-to-end MR operations services to global market research agencies.
With strong technical foundations, proprietary systems and 500 employees operating in America, Europe, Asia and Africa, Azure now offers telephone, online and F2F data collection services in over 100 countries.
Its global expertise in interviewing B2B, medical and consumer audiences is multi-channel, including Panel/Online, Phone and F2F data collection as well as data transformation services.
The company also appointed two country managers to lead the growth of its new centers, strategically located in the business heart of those two vibrant cities. Ernest Khodzhaev, Country Manager for Russia and Danielle Ribeiro de Souza, Country Manager for Brazil will be responsible for the successful execution of projects run in their respective regions, local project management, strategic proposal support and providing local knowledge to support the needs of Azure’s global clients.
Azure’s Co-Founder Jay Ruparel comments: ‘We are committed to continuing investment in new offices and talented employees around the world in order to deliver the best possible service to our clients. Our local knowledge and presence around the globe is an essential element of our business and a core asset geared to meet our clients’ varied needs. When conducting difficult research projects in evolving countries such as Brazil and Russia, it is essential to have a solid team on the ground to help our clients navigate the changing local landscape and make the best business decisions in those regions.”
Danielle Ribeiro de Souza, Country Manager for Brazil added: “I am very excited to be joining a global and fast growing company like Azure. I strongly believe that Azure’s clients will benefit from the knowledge our local team will bring to the execution of projects in South America and I look forward to rapid growth in our rapidly changing region.”
After announcing new office opening in London a few months back and with these two new offices in Sao Paulo & Moscow, Azure Knowledge Corporation has now further plans to expand its footprint in China.
