General Responsibilities are to provide recommendations to Senior Management/Managing Director regarding financial and operations planning in order to meet expectations set forth in the budget and planning process, including support analytics and forecasting.

Primary responsibilities of this role include managing a team that supports volume / demand forecasting, capacity planning, business analysis, and executive reporting & analysis across Azure Knowledge Corporation.

More specific responsibilities:

  • Partner with Azure leadership team to formulate strategies to achieve customer and financial objectives while driving integration activities
  • Conduct analytical projects in support of process improvement across multiple teams and resources
  • Make operating efficiency recommendations to Azure management from time to time
  • Use analytic tools to inform the business of risks and opportunities and prepare detailed business analysis to explain performance results
  • Provide leadership to a team of analysts that prepare detailed integrated forecasts across multiple operations segments, lines of business and geographic locations
  • Design management reporting packages to communicate business result transparency to all constituents

  • Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job families (time, costs, quality)
